What skills do you need to manage projects effectively and efficiently in different cultures and societies? How can you apply these skills to manage multiple, global projects across fields as diverse as marketing, operations and supply chains
Project management is the discipline of organising resources to complete projects within defined time, cost and quality constraints, with acceptable levels of risk
Major global projects require professionals with integrated skills, who can operate in a variety of cultural and socio-economic settings around the world
This course uses innovative teaching methods, such as group work and applied projects, to develop the leadership, communication and problem solving skills necessary to successfully manage international projects
You also have the option to complete a comprehensive business plan instead of a dissertation
MSc Global Project Management is aimed at students who may not have studied business at undergraduate level
