Human Resource Management MSc

It aims to develop the specialised skills needed for effective higher-level people management and provides opportunities for applied learning. Participate on a full or part-time basis. Gain an equivalent qualification to the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Advanced Level Diploma. Become a student member of the CIPD and progress towards a professional level of membership on graduating.

The course develops your critical thinking and problem-solving skills to help manage the process and complexities of organisational change. It approaches HRM at a strategic level and examines organisations operating both nationally and internationally.

This course prepares you for a career in human resource management. On successful completion students can gain associate (Assoc.) level of professional membership. As a level 7 postgraduate award it provides a route for upgrade to Chartered CIPD membership.
