UK Honours degree (or equivalent) 2:2 in any discipline including Quantity Surveying.

Candidates withnon-cognate degrees (degrees unrelatedto construction) will be considered forentry.

Applicants with extensive and appropriate professional experience will be considered through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).

Part-time students are expected to be in employment in a post relevant to the content of the programme.
