Professional Development (Loss Adjusting) has been developed with the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (CILA) and provides an opportunity for eligible CILA members to top-up their existing professional CILA qualifications in order to obtain a Master's (MSc) qualification.
This course is part of our Continuing Professional Development (CPD) scheme, which will allow you to maintain your knowledge and skills related to your professional life.
The content is open and flexible as the course consists of a single Extended Project on a loss adjusting topic of your choice.

Course details
Extended Project: An opportunity to complete a significant piece of self-managed research in an area that interests you. Your assessment will be a 30,000 word project, and this can be structured as a single extended project or two smaller independent projects. There will be a two-day workshop, one at the beginning of the course to help you identify a suitable project and get started; the second part way through the course to help you design and undertake your data collection.A supervisor will guide you through your project.
