Myofascial Release technique is a gentle & very effective techniques which releases tension in the fascia thereby allowing the muscles to work more efficiently & allows chronic patterns of dysfunction to move more freely. This technique is also very gentle on the practitioner's body & enables you to deal with acute and chronic conditions more confidently - you will be able to integrate the new skills easily into your existing massage treatments.

Joanne Perkins
Tutor
Joanne has been an Osteopath since 1988. She also practices in cranial osteopathy, counselling theory and practice, myo-fascial acupuncture, hydrotherm massage, and strain-counterstrain technique. In addition, Joanne also teaches the Advanced Tissue Techniques module of the B. Sc (Hons) Complementary Therapies at University Wales Institute. Joanne is the secretary of the South Wales Osteopathic Society.
