The course focuses on how to have the birth experience that is right for you.

It covers all that you need to know to help you work with your body regardless of where you give birth.

The course focuses on positive birth preparation which helps build your confidence and trust in the birthing process.

Particular emphasis is given to helping partners find their sense of engagement with the process and how they become an important member of the team.

The Courses in Lewes are run over a four week period, two hours once a week on Thursday evening, with a minimum of one and a half hours commitment to practice and reflection each week.The group is small and friendly.
