Course programme

NGC 1 - The Management of Safety - This covers the management of health and safety and associated with the legal and administrative aspects of health and safety.

NGC 2 - Controlling Workplace Risks - this covers the more practical aspects of health and safety, with particular emphasis on identifying hazards, assessing risk factors and defining control measures. There is a written examination on both of the above and these examinations take place on the East Grinstead Central Campus.


NGC 3 - The Practical Assessment - this involves carrying out workplace inspection and writing a short report. This takes place preferably at the workplace of the candidate ( or, in certain cases, the candidate may select an alternative workplace)
