What I would highlight:
The nighlife is good here. Its upto you to join the parties because no one forces you here but always bows a welcome and are always open. Interaction is the kry to get socialised.

I very much liked the place for Evanston is very clean and hygenic and is near to Chicago city. Couldn't expect more than that.

What I would highlight:
Own laptops is a must otherwise one might need to spend his day and nights sitting in the library system. All sort of work, updates, homework, assignments are given through emails and websites. Laptops are no luxuary buta a necessity here.

What I would highlight:
Its feels great tobe part of a university which still participates in the Big Ten Sports. Sports here is a great event though some do sacrifice it for sake of studies but if you go to watch a game you could realise what great spirit for sports Northwestern mass carries.

What I would highlight:
Food is quite good but gets boring after a while as they start repeating it, the sandwich bar also does it but it has some sketchy food too that no one touch.

If you have applied for journalism as a major there's an essay on is but straightforward. you won't get any difficulties during application as its similar to college one, there's also a common app and supplement facilities.

Being in the best university I had some toothing troubles. I didn't expected the competetion this way, its way to cut throat. Well I am much more focused on the content study while in general students run fo the grades and the marketability of their degrees.

Life at Northwestern is great with nice dorm. The professors at this university is great and the activities of the campus are even more great. Dorms are alloted to only freshers and then students shift ot some cheaper apartments off the campus.

What I would highlight:
Being a party animal, I very much liked the place for it has got frat parties every weekend, small house parties as well. There are bars but with very short duration services. Basically Northwestern university is reputed for its excellence in academics so expecting a whole party atmosphere is foolishness.

Cold, snowy long winter, in spite of growing up near northwestern I couldn't tackle this fast getting cold at atmosphere and it will warm up till summer break.

Downtown Evanston has a variety of eating places right off campus from sushi to burgers to local coffee shops which tie the northwestern to Evanston.

a commuter I haven't had any problem with parking except metered parking spots so you need a permit usually.

What I would highlight:
The unversity is nicely located in a pretty small town Evanston and nearby Chicago city. It makes a perfect balance of city exposure and a peaceful atmosphere for educational institute. The student mass seems highly motivated here.
