Car is no necessisty here becuse Evanston is a small town and the campus is very much walkable.

Its a safe place crime does happen but not that violently that you can avoid by travelling with a companion.

Except for one element it gives the best education, you won't find the type of education Medill provide in anywhere of the country. students become accustomed for the individual attention and personal relationship with professors and advisors.

Evanston has so many places providing fantastic dining options, chipotle, flat top, eimstein are students favourite and there's food within walking distance.

You can have an internship of your choice of fields in junior and senior both year. students have internship mostly in summer, its online career service and the web site are also great at updating.

Most of the science major takes back seat to chemistry and material science but I stick to biology as I like it and got rid of 2 biology concentrations.

The location near the Chicago makes you get the best of both worlds if you are not hustle and bustle type you can enjoy Evanston.

The shuttles are plenty but don't know when they run, fairly small campus makes it not a need of transportation. Saferides takes students back to their residence at night.

What I would highlight:
Accomodations at campus is quite overpriced. I used to live in Elder which is a dorm for freshers and we had a great bonding amongst all. A dorm with good community, facilities and atmosphere in a whole is hard to find. For instance, Slivika the engineering dorm is know for its great community and amenities, Allison for it being like a hotela and having a good community, like wise Williard, Bobb have their own specialities.

What I would highlight:
During my freshman year I declare my majors and started necessary studies, I got the advantage of learning helpful guidance while working through my college career for my work-study job. Northwestern professors are the most prestigious scholars in the world, They also provide a small intimate climate of chat sessions which is great.

What I would highlight:
The school's diversity of student mass and the quality of people makes the school best of all. The people are humble, and respecring here. Tha aura of the school is quite positive and progressive and gives you a platform to explore yourself and the different cultures here.

The universit, campus and the dorms are provided with great facilities like library and dorms equipped with computers though not allowed to take for long hours and storing personal data.
