What I would highlight:
Iam a student at Weinberg College of Arts and Sciences and it is so varied that one cannot give an overview of the curriculum, facilities and the workload. But it seems that there is a great amount of workload in every course of Northwestern University. From pre med to literature and history and every other course demand workload. I am in the psych department and I very much like it anfd the people of my department.

Northwestern is just a quick ride from Chicago in the heart of downtown, you can have fun hanging around or taking the train to the city. Shopping and dining options are fantastic with a variety of boutique and trendy stores.

The diversified school gave me the opportunity to meet amazing diverse students. it emphasizes in acceptance and community but has some racism on Campus.

Noise violation and parking everywhere is not allowed here but starting an organisation is. I have started myself a capella group with such an easy process, but they are not strict on drinking so it's going on quite a bit especially on weekends.

Engineering is a difficult program to get into. The important criteria of admission are good grades and a solid grounding in maths and science in high school. While applying make sure you fill all the required forms before the deadline

There are number of dorms to choose from. I live in Hinman which is one of the better dorm of all having its own dining hall. As a fresher you might imagine dorms to be nice and lavish but instead they are small.

During winter the on campus transportation doesn't work well, buses run late constantly and gets overloaded but transportation around town is quite good.

The university follows the Quarter system which is tough to manage but not impossible. There are many research programmes for you to opt and they offer abroad studies as well.

I was at Northwestern university for very short time and it was just fine here. They had no good health services but do have a good campus and nice neighbourhood.

What I would highlight:
I found the quality of food quite good but at the same time found the menu to be quite monotonous and wish to have something outside the dining halls because Evanston town has got plenty of restaurants to choose from. Overall a frequent switch from hall to restaurants satiafies me quite a lot.

What I would highlight:
The university has got all the facilities like computers, library, printers offering printouts at 8 cents per page or even free like that in Medill building. Network connectivity seems fine here.

The university offers the financial aid to the students who are really in need of it. I too got a fair fianacial aid from the university. They only demands the justified documents and geniune reason for applying for the aid. The usual FASFA documents are very much appreciated.

Winters are harsh here. It becomes freezing cold and with campus bit far away causes an added trouble. Overall its all fine to be here at this palce.
