Northwestern university is pretty particular about the financial aid. It has few conditions and criteria, if followed then only financial aid is accepted.

you can never party on full volume because of the strict police department of Evanston who always gets a complaint from locals.

Drink discreetly and don't throw large parties as you will be written up if the community assistants smell or hear loud music and catch you drinking and can also be kicked out of the dorm.

Davis Street at Evanston has nice restaurants of cheap rate great foods just a couple of blocks from off campus. The Red mango, cosy noodles that students love to go.

Despit rumours I didn't find any drug cases in the Northwestern university and the administration is quite strict an dparticular about such nuisance. There may be some alcoholic activities in the parties but no drugs at all.

What I would highlight:
Evanxton is a nice place to be and is very close to the campus though don;t have much of nightlife. But there are few bars and clubs to enjoy condition being that you should be 21 plus years of age. Overall I very much like the amazing atmosphere of Evanston.

The nightlife is qite amazing in Northwestern but there are limited options for those who are under 21 years of age or even have a fake 21 plus age proof. The town has got nice clubs and bars to enjoy.

If you are under 21 the bar or clubs scenes are not for you. and the only bar The Keg got closed again which made the nightlife more boring. fraternity and off campus were fun too but its mostly for freshmen and puts probation on. For cold and snow, the nightlife transportation gets rough.
