Course programme

Course objective:

The purpose of the course is to provide you as a complementary health practitioner with a solid understanding of the basics of human nutrition and enable you to apply this knowledge to your practice, either as stand-alone nutritional consultation and recommendations, or as part of your other therapies.

Business rationale:

A lot of the times, clients present the complaints such as bloating, gas, unregulated appetite, excessive weight, inability to lose weight, acne, fast ageing skin, joint and muscle pain, constipation etc. Many of these and similar symptoms stem from what they eat and drink rather than from an inherent disease. Being able to show the clients their nutritional imbalances, as well as to fine-tune their food intake and to follow their progress, will mean that not only you will be contributing to the clients’ welfare but also retaining them for a long time and building your practice through word-of-mouth referrals.
