NVQ2 in Team Leading

Train to Gain NVQs are available free of charge to all employees aged 19-64 that do not already have a full Level 2 qualification.

This NVQ is ideal for employees working at a supervisory level. Learners must achieve 6 units in total - four mandatory units plus a choice of two from the optional units detailed below.

The following four core units are compulsory - covering the areas essential for success in this work:

• Manage your own resources
• Provide leadership for your team
• Develop productive working relationships with colleagues
• Ensure your own actions reduce risks to health and safety
