What will I study on the course?

You will study six units; four Mandatory and two options. Mandatory units are: manage your own resources, provide leadership for your team, develop productive working relationships with colleagues/stakeholder, ensure your own actions reduce risks to health and safety. You will study two optional units from a choice of seven.
