Certificate - EAL

What's it all about?:
If you have experience, knowledge and skill in a particular occupational sector you could consider becoming an assessor for people working towards National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs). You will be trained to support and assess those students to make sure that they meet the occupational standards needed to achieve the NVQ. The certificate is useful too, if you want to increase your chances of finding work in the education sector.

Progression:
Progression to a higher level maybe possible if the criteria set by EAL is met.

Entry Requirements:
There are no specific entry requirements, although candidates must be employed since assessment is based on activities in the workplace.

Duration: One year
