NVQ in Beauty (Level 2)

Duration: Full Time - 1 session 19hours per week, evening

Entry Requirements: A general interest in working with the public and good communication skills. Applicants are selected on interview. All applicants will be required to purchase the recommended kit and uniform upon acceptance.

Course Description
This is a one year intensive course which covers health and safety, consultation, manicure, pedicure, wax depilation, facial massage and skincare and anatomy of the skin, head and neck, arms, hands and legs. Further optional units and day courses are available.

What you will Study
This course will enable the student to work in beauty salons, nail bars, TV and stage, retail outlets, freelance work or sales representatives. There is also a progress route to the level 3
advanced diploma in beauty therapy.

On Completion
Students can progress onto a higher levels or seek employment
