It is a modular based programme which allows students to progress at their own pace.

Professional cookery students will complete a range of units from below as required by the awarding body for the qualification.

Food and Drink Service students complete units in:

- Preparing the Restaurant Area

Industrial work placement is an integral part of the course, invariably providing the opportunity for part time work, and has resulted in 100% employment for students.
How will I be assessed?
Students gain expertise and are continuously assessed in the production and service of food to a high standard in several ultra-modern kitchens and restaurant facilities.
