Applicants should normally have:

A minimum of a 2:2 honours degree in Psychology that provides Graduate Basis for Chartership (GBC) with the British Psychological Society (for applicants who are intending to pursue a career as a Chartered Occupational Psychologist).
Or, a minimum of a 2:2 honours degree or relevant experience in areas such as human resource management, organisational development, coaching or consultancy. to have a minimum overall IELTS (Academic) score of 6.5 with 6 in each component (or approved equivalent*).
