The main area of this course is to ensure that the operative has a solid background and enough practical knowledge in oil to perform the everyday tasks of a competent oil operative. Suitable for: Any experienced oil operatives, or plumbers wishing to undertake oil work. For anyone new to the oil industry or, who feels they need to update their skills, it is highly recommended that they undertake the OFT50 training course.

About this course

Candidates should have competent plumbing skills and a knowledge and understanding of the domestic oil industry. For anyone new to the oil industry or who feels they need to update their skills it is highly recommended that they undertake the Oil 50 training course.

This is an assessment of the competency of the oil operative in carrying out the installation, commissioning and servicing of an oil appliance, as well as tank assessments.
