Consultant

Prior to working in commercial management, Charley was a Royal Air Force Navigational Officer, which gave her an excellent grounding in crisis mitigation and management, leadership and project development. She holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Leadership Studies from the Centre for Leadership Excellence at the University of Exeter. As both an SME manager and as an entrepreneur with experience in private sector and social enterprise start-ups, Charley has helped develop and implement financial control procedures and marketing plans for a range of organisations.

History

Ohm Management was founded by Charley Downey, an experienced manager and published author on the subject of business management. SHe holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Leadership Studies, and teaches the majority of our on-site courses in person.

Advantages of studying here
