This online Traceability course offered by Emagister provides information on the fundamentals of traceability, traceability standards, requirements for traceability and the use of traceability. This course will allow participants to track forward and backward.
This course is designed for people responsible for food safety and quality management. The objective is that at the end of this course, participants will be able to: explain the benefits provided by traceability, describe the regulatory requirements in relation to traceability, describe the requirements of a good traceability system, track forward and backward.
This course provides students with the facility to test their knowledge, since the activities and questions have been intertwined in each module within the course.
The formative evaluation consists of 15 multiple-choice questions. Upon completion of the course, the participant is expected to complete the online assessment questionnaire to successfully complete the course and obtain a certificate of achievement of SAI Global.
