What I would highlight: I recently finished the Academic English course with Open Learning. I have taken so many English courses that I was very reluctant when I enrolled in with Open Learning. However, I was left very surprised with the organisation and structure of this one. This English course is the best course I have done so far and I would recommend Open Learning to anyone interested in mastering English within academia. Thank you very much!

Description

OpenLearning is an online learning platform that goes beyond content delivery to focus on community, connectedness, and student engagement.

They understand that for students to learn deeply, they need to be active, engaged, inspired, involved. They need to interact with their peers, connect dots between new and current knowledge and they need to have fun in the process!

They promote dynamic communication through fun and interactive learning communities, where students can discuss and reflect on their experiences, share relevant and meaningful media, connect with their peers and in a safe and positive learning space.

They are both the Learning Environment and the Student Hangout. Traditional education providers view these as separate spaces; we see them as the same thing.
