What I would highlight: The course was good plain english and could be understood easily. And all the materials were sent to you and the tutor was very helpful throughout the course if you didnt understand anything . Also you did not have to attend any classess which all was done through open learning, this suited me very well as I in full time employment.
What could be improved: It would be really good if they would give your more time on the assigments between the other one was due. And also when you wanted to do the next course they would have stopped doing it or changed the qualification which was not accepted at all.

What I would highlight: I liked the fact that I could feet my other commitments such as work and family around my studies. And the flexibility that the course allowed me to have was very good as I could study as and when it suited me.
What could be improved: I found it a little bit expensive and a bit difficult to keep up with my monthly instalments.
Course taken: October 2010
