Course Content:

• Salon and equipment hygiene
• Contra indications and Contra actions
• Application of gel
• Removal of gel
• Final assessment theory
• Final assessment Practical

Duration:

• 1.5 days
  • 1st day: 9.30 - 4.30
  • 2nd day: 9.30 - 1.30

Entry requirements:

• LCBT certificate in Manicure or pedicure
• NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy

Final Assessment:

• Complete a full set of overlays, one hand French and one hand dark on a model
  • Please note: you need to supply your model, they should come in on the 2nd day at 10.30

• Theory test

Qualifications:

• OPI Axxium gel specialist certificate

Course Kit included:

• OPI Axxium Gel handouts
• A full Axxium gel kit (does not include Lamp)

Dress code: Salon uniform, soft soled shoes, hair tied back off face, light day make up, no jewellery. If you have no uniform, you can wear plain black top and plain black bottoms. (Attendance on the course will de denied if the correct attire is not worn).
