The course is a mixture of theory and practical sessions. Assessment by means of multiple-choice question papers and observation reports. Content The candidates will be expected to demonstrate a good working knowledge of: Theory Blasting & painting legislation. Covering COSHH, MSDS manual handling, environmental, working at height and compressor awareness. Practical Identification of equipment. Setting up of equipment. Proper use of equipment Blasting test piece. Painting test piece. Environmental checks. Fault finding. Correct PPE. Additional independent assessment by a leading coatings company.
