Synopsis:
As an assistant within a financial markets organisation you are at the forefront of communications - the gatekeeper of information. Often you are the first person that a potential or existing client meets. The markets and subsequent client activity dictate how business gets done, making it impossible for you to plan your day. One thing is guaranteed - that one day is never the same as the next. Regardless of your ever-changing to do list, be it managing others' expectations of what can and can't be done in a short time frame, or changing travel bookings for the "umpteenth" time, you need to represent your organisation's brand at all times. This course is designed to give you the tools and techniques to ensure you present a professional image and consistent approach to prioritising yours and others' time.
