AUDIENCE: This course is for support staff who need to be able to provide the day-to-day administration of an Oracle 10G based system. The class is based on the Oracle Enterprise Edition - most concepts are also applicable to Standard Edition and Standard Edition One versions of Oracle 10G.
PREREQUISITES: An understanding of using an Oracle based system is required.
