What you will learn
This class trains students to handle and enter information in Oracle HRMS. The class includes modules on work structures, modeling employment relationships, introduction to compensation and benefits, and Total Compensation for HR. Students examine the framework for Total Compensation, differences among Basic, Standard, and Advanced Benefits, elements and their usage in Oracle Human Resources, Payroll, and Advanced Benefits, key employment concepts.
