This Oracle Application Express 5 (APEX) course introduces the delegate to Oracle's Application Express version 5 software. It is designed to give delegates practical experience in using Application Express version 5, also known as Apex, for building web-based applications for an Oracle database and websheets for managing structured and unstructured data. Apex version 5 has introduced a number of new and improved features. These include Page Designer, the new IDE for enhancing and maintaining pages. There are also enhancements to Interactive Reports, Calendars, Flash Charts plus the ability to use modal and non-modal pages.
