Course structure This five day course is taught by a mixture of pre-reading about the background and theory of systems thinking and organisation development, lectures that then develop these theories and introduce Soft Systems Methodology along with practical group work designed to test both theory and methodology. • Describe the history and basic components of systems thinking
  • Appraise people-centric issues that can positively contribute to, or hamper, the design and implementation of information systems
