The phenomenal success of "Apple" would be impossible without Steve Jobs, the company leader and a true genius of his time. iPod, iTunes, MacBook, iPhone, iPad - the products inspired and promoted by the leader and developed by engineers. These are the products that people did not need until "Apple" introduced them to the market.
This man together with his team invented such gadgets as "iPad" tablet PC and iPhone smart phone, thus changing the world's relationship with technologies once and for all. Steve Jobs' insights and ability to convince, encourage and inspire makes "Apple" the world's technology giant.
Another American enterprise "Motorola" has also occupied its positions among telecommunication market leaders until it overlooked technological breakthrough. "Motorola" did not have their own Steve Jobs, who would promote the development of innovations, and has been focusing on the improvements of already produced products. This has lead to "Motorola's" loss of a significant market share, which resulted in the subdivision and selling out of the company.
The organization's leader is a guarantee for its success. The leaders ability to make timely strategic decisions, to react to changes, to propose innovations, not only ensures the organization's survival in the competitive market, but also promotes its growth and establishes the company as a market leader.
The modern world can hardly survive without services, goods, and intellectual products sold by the myriad of various organizations. Organization Management study programme is aimed at understanding of organizational activities and their impact on human life; also, the programme fosters the necessary organization management skills, adapting to the ever-changing environment, and, if possible, promote its change.
