Psychology provides insights that help us to understand the behaviour of people in business and organisational contexts. Accredited by the Association for Business Psychology, our BSc Business Psychology uses knowledge of the human mind and our behaviour as a basis to investigate fundamental organisational functions, such as human resource management, finance, marketing, strategy and technology.

You will learn how psychological theories and research can be applied successfully to:
recruit, select and assess employees
change organisations
train and motivate people
develop individuals’ careers.
This course is also available for full-time evening study over three years.
Graduates can pursue careers in management, human resources or business psychology. This degree may also be useful in becoming a business psychologist, human resources officer or management consultant.
We welcome applicants without traditional entry qualifications as we base decisions on our own assessment of qualifications, knowledge and previous work experience. We may waive formal entry requirements based on judgement of academic potential.
