In 2008 retired from the ISA – Israeli Security Agency (also known as "Shin Bet") after more than 26 years of service. In his last position Yoram was head of the operational counter terrorism Intelligence division (Equivalent to Brigadier General). Yoram is a world-class expert in the fields of HUMINT – Human intelligence – Technology Intelligences , Cyber threats and has vast experience in managing complicated investigation operations aimed to expose and thwart terror and criminal activities. Since his retirement Yoram has provided advisory services to businesses and gov organization.
