The overseer is the one who wakes up and exercises oversight and can also be referred to as the keeper or attendant. To supervise we mean to keep people or things under control and to watch over being but also to accept that activities are carried out regularly and rules are followed. The overseer will also be able to watch over the drilling wells in the oil sector.
