The workshop focuses on enabling participants to improve their personal organisation and time management skills, develop confident face to face communication and telephone techniques, apply a structured approach to written work and present a professional image to clients. The course is very participative with group discussion and trainer input. Practical exercises and real life examples are used to provide a realistic and pragmatic approach.

Assertiveness and Confidence Building

What I would highlight: The Assertiveness and Confidence building programme offered by Stand & Deliver is excellent and is having a positive impact on attendees which is probably as good an outcome as we could have hoped for! I’m very much enjoying the course especially the mix of theory and practice. The trainer is excellent and has developed a good rapport with the group and the team building element of the course is proving very worthwhile as well.
