Course Overview
Paraffin wax treatments have grown in popularity. Initially they were used as a luxury addition to Manicures and Pedicures, but as the benefits of treatment has become understood this treatment is now more widely used both as complementary and stand alone treatments.
Paraffin therapy is one of the most effective methods of applying deep heat to relieve pain and stiffness. The warm paraffin also moisturizes for healthier looking, softer skin. Paraffin Mask (face/hands) is a type of facial, which hydrates and softens the skin and helps to reduce fine lines.
Paraffin wax has been used for health and beauty treatments for many years due to it being an effective medium for heat transfer to the skin and joints. It is used to ease painful joint on arthritic suffers.
