Summary:

This qualification is for guidance practitioners working in either careers guidance (employment assistants); educational guidance (e.g. student services staff in colleges and universities) or adult guidance (e.g. employment services staff, or practitioners working in LSC adult guidance networks). At level 3 you are likely to be working mainly with individual clients, with complex work requiring much autonomy in dealing with each case, but with supervision from a line manager. At level 4 you will need to have a case load of clients which you manage and to take part in networking activities

Course Length:
One day induction plus monthly 1-1 tutorials for the remainder of the twelve months allowed for the completion of the portfolio
