The AAT provides a qualification and a membership body for skilled staff employed in accounting practice, industry and commerce and the public sector. The course is intended to build confidence and competence by acquiring essential knowledge, skills and understanding of the accounting function. Successful completion of the course enables students to progress to the Technician stage.

Entry Requirements

Foundation Stage AAT; A Level in Accounting grade A-E A Level Passes grades A - E in 2 academic subjects other than Accountancy or an equivalent academic qualification. Mature entrant route: Students 21 and over and with 4 years relevant work experience.
