ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must be employed in a senior level in face-to-face roles with children, young people and families. Applicants must be employed within the London Borough of Croydon.
PROGRAMME CONTENT/STRUCTURE
The Level 4 Childrens Care, Learning and Development course is made up of 9 units. There are 4 mandatory units and 5 option units. The 4 mandatory units are: Establish and develop working relationships, Support Policies, Procedures and Practices to Safeguard Children and Ensure their Inclusion and Well-being, Support Programmes for the Promotion of Children's Development and Reflect On, Review and Develop Own Practice.

There are over 20 Option Units available.
PROGRESSION/CAREERS OPPORTUNITIES
On successful completion of the course students will be able to progress onto the following CACHE Level 4 Certificate in Managing Quality Standards in Children's Services (CMQS) or Foundation Degree Early Childhood Studies courses.
