The CPP is completed in one year. Attendance can be:

Thursday afternoon and evening: 3.45 - 8.45
OR
Wednesday Evening and Thursday evening 6:30 - 8.45.

Course Description
This one year programme is designed to develop a practical understanding of specific HR management techniques and skills. The course is highly participative, with an emphasis on group exercises and assignments designed to develop the variety of skills required in a modern HR department.

On Successful Completion of this Course
Students who achieve this qualification at merit level or above can automatically progress to the next level of the CIPD Professional development scheme.

Additional Information
All students wishing to sit the CIPD qualification must register and pay for student membership of the CIPD by the end of November of their first year of study. The centre will provide application forms.

All students will be required to purchase the set text books. Details will be provided at induction.

Associate Membership of the CIPD will be awarded to students sucessfully completing this programme.
