Equality & Diversity NCFE Level 2 Certificate

    As this is a work-based course, applicants should be employed in an appropriate work setting.

    Assessment:
    As students progress through the course, they will be required to complete a workbook including a variety of short and long answer questions for assessment.

    Progression Routes:
    Students may progress to the Health and Social Care NVQ Level 2.

    Career Options:
    Progression within the health and social care sector including nursing and social worker (but only with further study).
