This intensive part time course is for those looking to develop the skills required to carry out a range of make-up services on clients.

Kit/Uniform:
Kit costs are in the region of 160. A uniform is compulsory for this course in accordance with Industry Codes of Practice. The College dress code for this course is a white tunic or dress, white trousers or skirt and flat enclosed black or white shoes. Information on suppliers will be sent out with joining instructions.

Entry Requirements:
Applicants are required to have a good standard of literacy and numeracy. Acceptance onto the course is subject to a successful interview with the course tutor.

Entry Process:
Acceptance on the course will be determined by telephone interview.

Assessment:
Learners will undertake written papers and practical assessments during the course. A final portfolio of work, based around a given workbook will need to be submitted for proof of competence.

Progression Routes:
Students may like to progress to other part-time courses in Beauty Therapy offered by the College, such as manicure & pedicure.
