This programme consists of a series of one day workshops which support the NVQ qualification of those working in senior positions in a child care setting.

4 core units which are: 1. Effective communication 2. Health and Safety 3. Professional Development 4. The Wellbeing and Protection of Children and Young People Candidates must also complete four optional units from a wide range.
