Part Time NVQ in Animal Care

NVQ in Animal Care
This course allows students to train and gain skills whilst working in the industry of their choice. A practical course aimed at developing a wide range of skills and knowledge.
Students are able to make use of the excellent resources available on the estate and additional evidence towards their NVQ would be gained at the workplace.
This course is normally studied part-time, attending the college for one day each week over one to two years.
These awards are also undertaken by students undertaking full-time / part-time courses gaining work experience whilst on work placement. Levels two and three are assessed in the workplace solely.

Will I have to sit any examinations?
There are no examinations. Your course work and work experience will be assessed by the course tutors.

What will I have at the end of the course?
On successful completion of the course, you will receive an NVQ in Animal Care.
