PROGRESSION/CAREERS OPPORTUNITIES
Successful students may be eligible to progress to NVQ Level 2 Professional Cookery (Food Preparation and Cooking) as long as they have the required entry requirements and a suitable reference:

90% attendance and punctuality
pass independent trade test
have a clear disciplinary record from previous courses
