What I would highlight:
I had my course with Sarah today and I was really impressed. We worked through my spreadsheets which I brought with me on my laptop, and we also ran through some example spreadsheets so that I could get the hang of various functions and formulae not relevant to my spreadsheet, but useful to know and practice in general. It was actually really fun! I estimate today will make me about 20% more efficient in my work, so thank you Sarah! Also, the venue was lovely.

I found out that publisher is a lot easier to use than Word if you want to be creative. It will save you a lot of time if you learn Publisher and most importantly, it is very easy to learn if you learn with Sarah

MS Project is very easy to pickup if you have someone to guide you. If you try it alone like me at first, you might be wasting a lot of time when you can come and learn it instantly.
