About this course

Having both specialized technical skills and management operative capacities of innovation development, the graduates will be ready to work as Innovation Manager in small and medium firms, as well as inside R&D, Planning and Production departments of large scale companies. They will be also able to take an active part in high level researches in research institutions.

Thus, after being graduated the PhDs will find job in Universities, public or private Research Centers, mechanical or electromechanical industries, energy production and conversion companies, plant design firms, automation and robotics industries, manufacturing firms in general and IT-companies.
In the event the results of the researches led during the PhD course allow to develop highly innovative original products or processes, the PhDs will take part in the creation of new high tech companies and of academic spin-offs.

In order to be admitted into a PhD program, applicants must possess a master’s degree along with a research proposal, which is the minimum requirement for the program.
