PictureNature is created, owned and managed by Fenneke Wolters-Sinke. Having lived and worked in the Netherlands for 34 years, she and her husband decided to move to Aberdeen, Scotland, in 2005.Nature photography has always been a big hobby for her. She learned the basic techniques of photography during childhood from her father who still has and uses his own traditional darkroom. With her first digital camera and her drive to learn more about digital editing, Fenneke was encouraged to take more photographs. However, it wasn't until her move to Scotland that she really got hooked. This beautiful country has enabled her to improve her outdoor pursuits skills such as mountain biking, hill walking, rock climbing, canoeing, kayakking and skiing. At the same time she developed her flower, wildlife and landscape photography.PictureNature is driven by the many possibilities that nature photography offers people of all kinds. ...
