Pilates Practitioner Level 3 - A Distance Learning Course by BSYDistinct from other exercise programmes, Pilates applies both the body and mind to enable individuals to achieve a truly holistic exercise experience. Students will learn the theory behind Pilates techniques as well as how to effectively perform the exercises effectively. This distance learning course covers Pilates as a mindful exercise and covers how each muscle is targeted and how Pilates can be practised by individuals of all ages. A wide range of Pilates movements and postures will be covered.All students must complete one day of practical training. Practical training sessions are held throughout the UK and cost £75 per day, per delegate. These practical workshops offer delegates the opportunity to develop their skills and expertise with the guidance of experienced Pilates practitioners.
