Course Content and Qualification

During your Mat Pilates course, you will study the following content:

  • Anatomy and physiology, including:
    - cardiovascular system
    - musculoskeletal system
    - postural and core stability
    - nervous and endocrine system
    - energy systems
  • Principles of Mat Pilates
  • How to plan, teach and evaluate Mat Pilates exercises
  • How to progress Mat Pilates exercises

Qualification: CYQ Level 3 Certificate in Teaching Mat Pilates.
